Private Practice and Therapy

After relocating to Asheville, NC, I opened up my private practice. I specialize in treating adolescents and adults with a variety of problems. Some of the problems that I specialize in working with include, depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, school problems, and health-related problems. I conduct individual, family and group therapy sessions.

Psychological Evaluations

I also conduct a variety of psychological evaluations for children and adults. The types of psychological evaluations that I conduct include, disability, forensic, psychodiagnostic, gifted and psychoeducational evaluations.


Since I have arrived in Asheville, NC, I have given presentations to clinicians, mental health staff, foster parents, UNC Asheville students and attorneys. I present on a variety of topics, including: Battered Women’s Syndrome, DSM-IV-TR Diagnoses, Personality Disorders, Unusual Diagnoses, Reactive Attachment Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Behavior Management, Expert Witness Testimony, and Sexually Inappropriate Behaviors in Children. Eliada Homes Psychologist

I am also the psychologist at Eliada Homes, Inc. where I provide supervision to the clinicians at the facility. I give frequent trainings to their staff, clinicians and foster parents. I also meet and review Person Centered Plans with Eliada’s Case Workers. Also, I serve as an expert witness for the court commitment process for the two locked PRTF units.


As a Licensed Psychologist, I also provide supervision for Provisional Psychologists and Psychological Associates. If you need clinical hours for North Carolina Licensure, please contact me so we can discuss the possibility of beginning a supervisory relationship.
